These are the four visiting artists from Fall 2007 tour:

Susan Icove is showing her work at the Polseno-Hensley Studios. Susan has taken recycled metals and fabricated them with found objects to create unique lighting possibilities. Assembling unexpected parts and playing with their whimsy is at the root of her interests. |

Glenda George is showing her work at the Shankin-Warstler Studios. Glenda creates garments with natural fabrics on which she does surface design with JapaneseShibori and other techniques. She also makes laminated wool and silk, felted scarves. |

Gibby Waitzkin is showing her work at the studio of Silvie Granatelli. Gibby’s work blends artist-made paper with photographs, scanned imagery and dried and encaustic-preserved flowers from her garden. The pieces are very personal but speak of universal themes. |
David Crane is showing his pottery with Stacy Snyder in Blacksburg. David’s work reflects the experiences of two very different environments, the Appalachian Mountains and the southwest desert. He makes finely crafted pottery, using contrasting color and surface elements that work in harmony with his forms. |
